Time was when that special baby came home to a nursery that was all starched linens and lace, and the perfect details that made this most blessed room in the house also one of the most stylish. In the nursery, Nanny or a sturdy baby nurse reigned supreme so the new mommy could get back her figure and her tennis game! Here at Bébé Chéri in Nashville, we have some of the sweetest baby things, most of them from the '30s and '40s. Remember those pretty little sets of hand-painted glass nursery containers for cotton balls and the like, or the exquisite moiré satin-covered baby books everyone just had to have?
