Paint media: Other options Let us recommend a couple of products we do not carry but find are an excellent addition to our paint box:

Rola Joyce's Area Medium is by far and away Tatie's favorite. True to their PR, washes and blushes do not blotch on this medium. Rola Joyce's Web site: www.rolajoycestudios.com.

Magic Medium by Karin Buttegieg is another favorite of Tatie's. Karin (editor of the incomparable Gildebrief magazine) has an array of media, but many of the technique sheets in her magazine recommend using just the Magic Medium.
